And just like that, it's November and the year is almost over! Although I managed to avoid the Trick or Treating buzz for another year, I still found myself roped into making dress up costumes last minute for a kindy dress up day. My son wanted to be a turtle... not a ninja turtle though, a sea turtle - specifically Muraka, the buoyancy challenged juvenile sea turtle rescued off the coast of the Maldives in January this year! Jasper has been tracking Muraka's health and updates via a turtle plush he received for his birthday earlier this year.

The busyness continues for us in the coming weeks, our oldest little one is taking a big step as we start the transitions for 'Big Boy School' next year, complete with a Kindy graduation ceremony to celebrate - something Jasper has been asking for since he was 3 years old! And of course, with Christmas fast approaching, the excitement is contagious in our home and we are being met each morning with the same questions "Is it Christmas yet?" "Are we closer to Christmas now?" "When are the elves coming back?"
